M3 Terms and Conditions

The Makeovers Manicures & Martinis online web site is owned and operated by Makeovers Manicures and Martinis (Aust) Pty Ltd (ABN: 31 023 755 255).

METHODS OF PAYMENT

1. Credit Cards
Makeovers Manicures & Martinis accepts payment with the following credit cards:

• VISA
• MASTERCARD

Credit cards may be used with our online shopping service. Our payment gateway service with Bendigo Bank offers total privacy and security for your personal and credit card details.

You may also use your credit card to make purchases over the phone for your events or items by contacting us on pamper@makeoversmanicuresandmartinis.com or 0401 951 680. Please note that we require a $250 non-refundable deposit for event group bookings.

2. Direct Transfers

3. Cheque / Money Order
Makeovers Manicures & Martinis accepts payments via personal cheques or Australia Post money orders made payable to ‘Makeovers Manicures & Martinis (Aust) Pty Ltd'. These payment methods can only be arranged via email or over the phone. Purchases will only be dispatched once we have cleared the cheque or money order through our bank.

PRICING

• All prices are correct at the time of online publication.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Online pricing may differ from prices available at Makeovers Manicures & Martinis events.
• Any online currency converters are to be used as a guide only when estimating transaction costs. All orders will be charged in Australian dollars at the current exchange rate at the time of dispatch.
• All items are promoted in good faith to be available at the time of ordering.
• Sale items are only available at the reduced price during the sale period.
• Makeovers Manicures & Martinis reserve the right to correct any printing errors.

Our payment policy, outlined below, varies depending upon what type of service you choose and how many people will be sharing in the pamper fun.

Small Soirees
If you are coming along with one or two friends or a group of less than 10 people we require full payment upfront to secure your places.

Grand Gatherings
If there are 10 or more people in your group we require a $560 non-refundable deposit, with an estimation of numbers in your party, to secure your event date. The final confirmed numbers for your group and outstanding balance of payment must be made in full at least 7days prior to your event.
**It is important to note that tentative bookings will not be confirmed unless payment has been made**

PAYMENT TERMS FOR SPOIL ME AFTERNOON TEA EVENTS

Our payment policy, outlined below, varies depending upon what type of service you choose and how many people will be sharing in the pamper fun.

Small Soirees
If you are coming along with one or two friends or a group of less than 15 people we require full payment upfront to secure your places.

Grand Gatherings
If there are 15 or more people in your group we require a $600 non-refundable deposit, with an estimation of numbers in your party, to secure your event date. The final confirmed numbers for your group and outstanding balance of payment must be made in full at least 7days prior to your event.
**It is important to note that tentative bookings will not be confirmed unless payment has been made**

REFUND POLICY & BOOKINGS
Booking Amendments
It may be possible to change your booking but this will be at the discretion of Makeovers Manicures and Martinis (Aust) Pty Ltd and dependant on other bookings in the calendar. If you have any queries (changes, rescheduling requests, etc) in relation to the event you have booked, you must contact us directly on 0401 951 680.
We will do our best to assist you, but cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
 
Booking Cancelations
You Need To Cancel
Please contact us directly on 0401 951 680. A cancellation fee may be required.
Your group booking numbers drop below 10 within 7days leading up to your event, you will still be charged for 10 minimum at the rate of the package booked.
The Event is Cancelled
If your event is cancelled by Makeovers Manicures and Martinis (Aust) Pty Ltd, we will offer you the option to reschedule for an alternative available date.

REFUND POLICY
Please note that refunds will not be issued for any last-minute cancellations. This means once your final balance has been paid no refunds will be issued.

Group bookings for any of our events are not confirmed until a $560/or $600(non-refundable) deposit payment is received by Makeovers Manicures & Martinis (Aust) Pty Ltd.
 **Please be aware that this deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.**

DELIVERY

1. Costs within Australia
Delivery within Australia is FREE unless otherwise stated at checkout. We dispatch using regular Australia Post services unless otherwise requested. Requests for alternative methods of delivery will incur additional charges.

2. International Delivery Costs
International deliveries are not available online at this time but can be requested via email on pamper@makeoversmanicuresandmartinis.com. Additional charges will apply.

3. Delivery Time/procedures
All goods will be dispatched within five to seven working days of the order being placed (except for cheque payments, see above). Australia Post deliveries take an average of three to five working days but this may be quicker for local or capital city deliveries, and longer for interstate or overseas deliveries. If there is a delay in dispatching your order we will contact you to advise when the order will be dispatched.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

1. Makeovers Manicures & Martinis will gladly refund or exchange purchased items under the following conditions:

• All goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Refunds will only be given for faulty or damaged goods.
• Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
• Postage and delivery costs are not refundable and an additional postage fee will be charged for all exchanges, except in the case of damaged goods.
• All goods for exchange must be returned as new in original sale condition (i.e. unused, undamaged and in original packaging).
• All products displayed as 'sale items' are not refundable or exchagable unless faulty.
• All items purchased from Makeovers Manicures & Martinis are made pursuant to delivery arrangements. This means we are not responsible for any loss or damage attributed to Australia Post or a courier's handling.
• A receipt must be presented as proof of purchase.

STOCK UNAVAILABLE
In the case you place an order for product that subsequently becomes unavailable or there is a delay in delivery, Makeovers Manicures & Martinis will contact you via email or phone within 48 hours to advise you of the situation and the options available to you as follows:

• Immediate refund
• Wait until the product is available
• Replace the product with a substitute product

CURRENCY
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars.

FEEDBACK AND COMPLAINTS HANDLING PROCEDURE
Makeovers Manicures & Martinis (Aust) Pty Ltd online shop welcomes feedback and will attend to all complaints within 72 hours.
